"This is the generation of them that seek him, that seek thy face, O Jacob" -- Psalms 24:6
There is a new season among young people of all walks of life, whether they are black, or white, male or female; whether they speak one language or they be multilingual. God is blessing those who are determined to seek his face.
Last Friday evening was such a night. Young people from New Jersey, The Bronx, Long Island, and Brooklyn came together in a spirit of Unity to join together in worship, exaltation and prayers. I have to say God came and visited us in a mighty way. Our hearts were moved as each person took there part in a concert of praise and worship. No one was concerned about the spotlight or about there place in the service our only concern was focusing our minds on God and getting into the presence of God.
The local church sang, the Fellowship -- yep the same Fellowship from the prayer brunch (I am going to do my part to help them blow-up). They were amazing as usual.
The folks from Linden, NJ AFC sang as well. They sang "I'm Desperate for You" there singing incited a thirst for the presence of God.
Damaris Richardson sang "We Give you all the Glory" from Israel and New Breed -- she is always a blessing.
The anointed and upcoming evangelist Kamaria Crook gave an exaltation. She admonished the young people to get into the place where they can know God and receive all his precious gifts, especially the gift of his Holy Spirit.
Following her exaltation the group from Hempstead, AFC gave a series of instrumentals. I was touched by the flute solo of "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring"
Then Sister Laura introduced me for the first time as an old and at the same time new member of AFC. I was nervous -- it being my first time being back in an official capacity. But because I was in familiar surroundings I quickly got comfortable and began to give a short teaching on relationships. I encourage the young people to:
1. Value Good Relationship -- because we cannot really succeed without healthy and constructive relationship and partnerships.
2. Wait on Valuable Relationships -- Someone that may be good for me in five or ten years may not be good for me now. Learn to prioritize your relationship. Teenage years are the years for study partners and varsity team mates and not intimate long-term relationships. You don't get married at 15 so why get involved on such an intimate level at that age.
3. Interview Your Friends -- It is important that we are just as selective in choosing friends as we are in choosing the latest pair of sneakers, or designer jeans.
4. Don't Yoke Up With Someone Going in a Different Direction -- You would call me crazy if I got in a car going south and then 5 hours later I was upset with the driver because I wasn't in Canada. Choose friendships with people going in the same direction. If you want to be a engineer hang out with people studying math. If you want to be a doctor hang out with people who like medicine. If you want to be a drug dealer....
5. Come Out -- "Wherefore, come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing..." This is the solution when you find yourself in precarious and compromising situations. When you are with some friend and one of them pulls out a joint -- come out. When you find yourself alone with the opposite sex and all your signals and needles are shooting up -- Come Out.
After sharing these points. Sister K came and led us in our Unity Prayer. It was awesome. Evangelist K has an awesome anointing that really is on display when she is ministering in prayer -- I got to blow my sister up. I mean as she began to minster in prayer the hearts of the young people began to melt and God had his way.
All in all it was an awesome night!!!
Please prayer for this generation of young people and especially for this generation of youth minsters and youth pastors. The task before us is enormous but we know that with God all things are possible.
I want to Thank Sister Lora Monsac especially for putting it all together. She is really determined to do the work of the Lord. And don't forget Sister K. But there are others also that God is using in this season and in this region -- the Tri-State area and they all need your prayers:

This is Seeking Generation. We are desperately seeking the presence of God and want to see him move among the leaders and among the young people. The time is now for a latter day revival and the place is anywhere we are gathered in unity.
If you know any young people or youth workers who you want us to prayer for just add to the list.
Grace and Peace

It was truly an awesome night in the Lord. The Lord brought us together in one heart, one mind, in one place to worship and praise Him. The level of worship that the people entered, changed the atmosphere so that hearts of the people were more receptive to the Word of God.
Truly the Word of God that came forth from Bro. Johnny was life-transforming. I told him before I want to come to his bible school, whenever he starts one (lol).
But the most important thing was the young people, who stood in need of God, met Him and we(the older and more mature young people in the gospel) began to move according to the SPIRIT OF GOD. The young people in our midst cried out for God from the depth of their being and received the spirit of wholeness in their lives that God was sending. It was a precious sight to see and we want to see more of it. So pray for us as you read these comments that God will continue to use us and that we stay humble before Him. Truly the Spirit of God is seeking such to worship Him.
HMMMMMMM Awesome to know the youth is coming to christ!!! I believe this is a "Key Generation" that will stand up for christ!! AMEN!
